It’s important to measure your head before ordering so you get the right size. Hats should feel snug, but not tight. Have someone help you so your measurement is
accurate.

Wrap a tape measure around your head 1-2 fingers above your eyebrow and 1-2 fingers above your ear. Take the measurement to the nearest 1/8 inch and then refer to the sizing guide to find your hat size.

A: Not at this time. We are online, but also do pop-ups around Nashville. Make sure you go to the “Events/Pop-Ups” section of our website for all up-to-date information. Also, make sure you follow us on Instagram (@shoponelastrodeo) to find out about any upcoming pop-ups!

A: All of our hats are hand-decorated right here in Nashville. We also work with a hat manufacturer with local representation, and the hats are made of a high-quality fabric called Gamusa (suede).

A: If you are located within Metro Nashville (for example:  Downtown Nashville, the Gulch, or East Nashville), then we are happy to coordinate the best way to get your hat to you. Keep in mind, your hat will be created once your order is placed, so even if you are in town- it could still take up to 3 days to make your hat.

If you are not in the Nashville area, then we are happy to ship your hat to you.

A: One Last Rodeo hats are made with lots of love, and with the best materials around. We are also proud to say our hats are able to withstand many a night out in Nashville. Regardless, the hats should still be handled and transported with care. Each hat arrives in a special duster bag, and for more care, we recommend keeping it in the plastic bag it comes in, to prevent snagging the duster bag.

A: You have a few options: 1) Wear it on your head while traveling, 2) carry it in the duster bag (plus a tote bag for added protection), or 3) Purchase one of the magnetic hat clips from our Accessories section! This keychain can be placed on a fanny pack, backpack, or tote bag and can hold up to 3 lbs, so you'll be able to carry a baseball cap, or a cowboy hat, or one of the heart hats!

 A: We understand accidents happen but try to make sure you reach out as soon as you can! If you accidentally made an error during the order process- whether

Let us know what happened, and we will do our best to accommodate- but can’t make any guarantees, as we have to make sure we have the other item in stock or that we caught it in time!

Remember- with custom orders, this item was created just for you. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for customized hats. Once you’ve placed a custom order we are not able to change the hat design, hat style, or size.

A: Sometimes we offer special editions, or limited runs of hats, but let us know if there’s something you want on your hat, and we can see if it can be accommodated! Sometimes we have random things in stock, and sometimes it’s as easy as special ordering it. We can’t make any guarantees, but if you can dream it, we can see if we can do it!
